Privacy Policy
How Jireh Profits collects, uses and protects information about partners and visitors.

Section 01
Who this covers
This policy covers jirehprofits.com, the partner desk and portal, and EA downloads. “We” and “us” mean Jireh Profits. Questions and requests go through the Contact page.
Section 02
What we collect
Account details: your name, email address and sign-in details. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and are never shown to the desk.
Partner profile: details you add, such as display name, time zone, languages, work email, messaging handles (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp), working hours and onboarding answers.
Agreement records: which document version you accepted, when you accepted it, the boxes you checked, your typed signature, and the IP address and browser used.
Download records: when you download an EA file, which file, the time, and the IP address and browser used.
Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. We keep your Stripe customer and subscription references and payment status. We never receive your full card number.
Trading-account details you choose to share for monitoring, handled as set out in Section 13 of the Terms of Engagement.
Messages and files you send through the desk or portal, and the recording and transcript of a desk call if that call is recorded.
Technical data needed to keep the service secure and working, such as error reports.
Section 03
How we use it
To create and secure your account; to provide the desk, portal, licenses and downloads; to process payments; to send service emails such as sign-in links, invites, receipts and notices; to keep records of agreements and downloads; to prevent abuse; and to fix problems.
We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Section 04
Service providers
Supabase (accounts, database and file storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), AI providers (xAI, Groq, Google Gemini or OpenAI, whichever we switch on) for AI features such as the Academy tutor, the planner narrative and call transcription, when those features are used, Sentry (error reports, when enabled), and our hosting provider.
These providers handle data for us to run the service, under their own terms and security programs.
Section 05
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies that keep you signed in and protect sign-in. Your browser's local storage keeps desk preferences and drafts on your own device.
Section 06
How long we keep it
Account and profile data is kept while your account is open. Agreement, billing and download records may be kept after an account closes for legal, tax and dispute purposes, as the Terms of Engagement describe.
Section 07
Your choices
You can view and update your profile in the portal. You can ask us, through the Contact page, for a copy of your information or to correct or delete it. Records we must keep, such as accepted agreements and payment history, may be kept as described above.
Section 08
Security
Connections to the site use HTTPS, access to partner records is limited to the people who run the desk, and sensitive fields are encrypted where the Terms of Engagement say so. No system is perfectly secure: tell us at once through the Contact page if you think your account has been misused.
Section 09
Age
The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Section 10
Changes
When this policy changes, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page.
