Custody and operation authorisation

Version 2026-09-01. Sign before a seat may open trades.

The desk may hold an investor (read-only) password, encrypted, so it can watch equity and flatten if a gate trips.
The desk may configure, update, and monitor licensed software on a host that belongs to this seat.
The named trader is the only person who can allow new entries. That tap expires on its own and can be refused at any time.
The desk may stand down, flatten, narrow symbols, or lower risk without a further tap.
Payouts from the firm go to the named trader's KYC name. Desk fees are invoiced separately afterward. The firm is never asked to split a payout.
Master trading passwords are not retained. Adding another desk person to this authorisation is a new signature, not a silent grant.
